We’re all about working the travel point system but only if its safe to play. 

BankAmericard Travel Rewards® Credit Card

First on our list of the “Best Credit Cards For Travel” is Bank Of America’s Travel Rewards card. The best part about this card is there is no annual fee because we hate those with a passion. You can also earn unlimited points so rack those babies up! For every $1 you spend, you will get 1.5 points that can be used towards your travel purchases or turned in for cash money. And drum roll please….no foreign transaction fees so you can swipe without a care in the world!

Ps.: You’ll get 20,000 bonus points if you spend over $1,000 within 90 days of opening your account…aka about $200 bucks towards travel purchases.

Pss. If you’re a Bank of America customer you can get a 10% bonus on every purchase. Chaaaa chiiiiing!

Ok so this card has an annual fee of $95 which is annoying but the benefits may make up for it so let us finish. You get 50,000 bonus points ($625 toward travel purchases) after you spend $4,000 within 3 months from opening the account. So basically get this card right before you book a trip so you can cash in on those mega points. Also, you get 1 point per dollar you spend and 2X points on any purchases related to travel and dining. And of course, no foreign transaction fees when abroad so you don’t have to sweat using your credit card for everything.

Ps. You get some insane travel and purchase coverage with this card so if anything goes wrong when you’re traveling, Chase has your back!

Capital One® Venture® Rewards Credit Card

When it comes to the best credit cards for travel, the Capital One Venture Rewards card is pretty exciting. For this card you have to have sexy credit but if you fall into that category you might be in luck. You earn 2X miles for every dollar you spend and will get 40,000 bonus miles after you spend $3,000 on purchases within the first 3 months. The only annoying thing is there is an annual fee of $59 after the first year. Of course, no foreign transaction because we would never lead you astray.

Ps. With this card, you can get special access and preferred seating at popular sporting events and concerts. Woop Woop!

We love that with this card you get 2X miles on all purchases no matter what.
